If you would like to return an item for a refund you must return it with original tags, packaging and in a saleable condition.
Underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Avenue 85 do not offer an exchange service. If you would like a different size/colour then please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
If you are based in the UK you will receive a pre paid Royal Mail Tracked 48 Returns Label. If you do not receive the label or you dispose of it, to generate a new one please click here.

2)Attached the pre paid Royal Mail returns label to the parcel. Please ensure returns labels are not attached to original packaging such as the polybag or shoe box. This makes the item unsellable where we reserve the right to refuse the item.
3)Take your parcel to your local Post Office and get a receipt to cover you in the unfortunate event of any loss in the return process. We cannot be held responsible in the event of loss if you cannot provide proof of postage. Do not put your parcel directly into a Post Box as it will not be returned.
