Returning Items to UnderU.com - you are welcome to return any time within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange.

All items must be returned in full original, undamaged packaging, with all labels still attached, and should have no signs of wear.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept underwear returns if worn.

In all cases returned items will be inspected by us upon their arrival.

Faulty items may also be returned to the Brand for further inspection, in which case UnderU.com would be acting as the Agent and not be responsible for the verdict from the Brand.

Until we receive your item back to Customer Services, the item is still your responsibility.

You are responsible for all postage costs associated with returning any item, which we recommend you send back to us via Recorded Second Class post.
