You can use CollectPlus to return your parcels, by purchasing and downloading your returns label at www.collectplus.co.uk/outdoorlook.

Enter your order number and your email address on to the label, then print and attach to your parcel, ensuring any outbound delivery labels are removed or covered.

Drop off your parcel in your chosen store, where you will be given a receipt with a tracking code. You can track your parcel yourself, at www.collectplus.yodel.co.uk

Please note, you must obtain and stick your returns label to your parcel before taking your parcel into a CollectPlus store. CollectPlus will not accept responsibility for parcels handed into a store without a CollectPlus returns label.

You can also return via Royal Mail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging for a refund.

Please include the original invoice document and complete the reverse tear off slip as instructed. This is your returns ID and without this we can not refund.

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please take the goods to your local post office and send them back (the address is Outdoor Look t/a Brookes UK Ltd, Union Road, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK11 7BN)

It can usually take up to 10 working days (ex weekends and bank holidays) for your return to be delivered back into the warehouse, depending on which postal service your choose to use eg Royal Mail.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. Typically, it can take 5 working days in the UK, depending on your bank / card processor.

N.B.: Carriage costs will be refunded only if the goods are faulty. Please note that the carriage cost of sending items to you may be more than amount you were charged for delivery (which in most cases is a subsidised cost).
