To arrange a return, please contact Top Labels Online and tell them is which item you wish to return and the reason why.

You will need to pack the item securely and include a brief cover note stating:

Your order number
The item you would like to return
The reason for return
Whether you would like a refund or a replacement

Please ask for a "Proof of posting certificate" as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing whilst in transit.
