Footwear must be in an unused, perfect condition making sure that all packaging is as was originally sent, please do not stick labels onto the product box. We advise trying footwear on a carpeted surface to protect the footwear.

All accessories must be in an unused perfect condition with all tags and labels attached in the original packaging.

The return is the responsibility of the sender until it has been received back by CHO Fashion & Lifestyle.

All orders over £100 are entitled to a Free Returns Label with Royal Mail, if you use the CHO returns label and your item(s) is/are under £100 this will be subject to a £3 fee which will be deducted from your refund.

In your parcel there should be a pre-paid label already included, if this is the case then please place this label on the outside packaging and take to your nearest Post Office and request proof of postage.
