Hotspur 1364 do not offer a free returns policy, payment for return shipping is your responsibility, and they do not accept liability for any damage caused during return shipping.

All returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once they receive your item, Hotspur 1364 will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please return faulty items within 14 days of the date of purchase. You must email Hotspur 1364 stating what the fault is before sending back the goods.
