Extended Christmas returns policy
This marketplace seller has extended their usual limit for returns for the festive season. Any gift bought between 13 November and 24 December 2025 can be returned up until 15 January 2026, if it's unwanted or unsuitable.
If you do need to make a return, simply find your order within my orders and follow the steps to return your item.
Items over £199 are eligible for free returns from this marketplace seller. Orders placed on or after 1 October 2025 can be returned until 15 January 2026 or within 30 days of purchase, whichever period is longer. Returns made after these dates will not be eligible for a refund.

How long do I have to return my order?
This item must be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt of the item you purchased. The only exception to this is during the Black Friday and Christmas shopping period.
Any purchases made between 15th November and 15th December can be returned up until 15th January in the following year. This allows you to buy Christmas gifts, and still return them after the festive period if needed.
What options do I have to return the product?
As an online marketplace, we do not have any physical locations. All items must be returned by post to the address stated on the returns information listed against your order in the My orders area of your account.
All returned items must be new, unwashed and in the same condition as when they were received, with all tags still attached and intact.
Can I exchange a product?
We do not directly exchange products. To exchange a product for a different size, the original item must first be returned and received. Once that has occurred a refund will be made. To get the new size, the customer must purchase that directly, which they can choose to do after the refund, or before, at their own expense.
There is no fee to exchange via this process.
In the event of an incorrect or damaged product being sent, we will offer a full exchange or refund.
Do I have to pay for returns?
This depends on your reason for return.
If your item is damaged, or an incorrect item is sent, there will be no cost for you to return the item. However, if you are returning the item due to the size or fit, or other details you dislike, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund if using a returns label received with the product, or at your own expense if a label is not used.

What cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, underwear, face masks and some jewellery cannot be returned unless they include a hygienic cover and this is still intact. Additionally, any personalised items cannot be returned.

The design is part of the Vardo concept: Rains’ warmest and lightest outerwear series, delivering an aesthetic fusion of sport and tech. The parka’s lightweight performance is built on compact featherless insulation and Rains signature nylon – a crisp fabric with a luxe reverse side coating and soft matte finish.
Vardo Jacket features taped seams, a snap-fastened double storm placket, and a padded hood with front string adjustments. The design gets side pockets with concealed snaps, and spacious front utility pockets. The jacket is finished with raglan shoulders, full lining with part mesh detail, Velcro cuff straps, jersey storm cuffs and hardware detail at front.
