Why has my order arrived in another retailer's packaging?

Love the Sales is a curated marketplace that connects you with trusted fashion retailers.

Your order is dispatched directly by the retailer stocking the item, which means it will usually arrive in that retailer's own packaging. This helps ensure the fastest possible delivery while giving you access to the world's best labels from a single destination.
