Can I amend / cancel my order?

If you’d like to amend or cancel your order, please contact the retailer that you purchased the item with, as they will be able to provide fast assistance with this. Your confirmation email will contain a link to the retailer's Contact Us page.

It may not be possible to change or cancel an order once it has been successfully placed, so it depends on the retailer’s policy around this. You can also visit My Orders to find contact details for each retailer you have purchased from via the Love the Sales checkout.
