The Pressure Treated Overlap 10x8 Apex Workshop from Forest has no windows, providing you with increased protection of your belongings as they are not left on show. This garden building offers a large space for storage and a strong solid timber floor. The best overlap sheds we've ever made - the improved design features increased framing and smaller sections, making it easier to handle and easy to assemble. This security workshop is manufactured from straight cut timber boards that are overlapped during construction, which aids water run-off and allows for natural movement of the timber so it can adapt to the changing weather conditions. The strong solid timber floor allows for the storage of heavier items such as lawnmowers and is ideal for supporting shelves or racking. The garden building features increased framing and a metal roof truss bracket for additional strength. The strong double doors are braced with double Z framing for rigidity, they have secure hidden hinges and are fitted with a hasp and staple latch that can be used with your own padlock. This building has hard wearing sheet roof, finished with black sand felt and for a high quality finish, the barge boards have been smooth-planed and we have added a finial for a decorative touch. These quality garden workshops are manufactured in the UK with FSC certified timber from sustainable sources and all timber used to construct this shed has been Pressure Treated, giving it a 15 year guarantee against rot. All fixtures, fittings, felt needed to build this 10x8 shed are included, along with easy to follow instructions. We're confident you'll love your purchase, however, if you need to return your item you can do so within 30 days. Simply find your order within My orders and follow the steps to return your item.

How long do I have to return my order?

This item must be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt of the item you purchased. The only exception to this is during the Black Friday and Christmas shopping period.

Any purchases made between 15th November and 15th December can be returned up until 15th January in the following year. This allows you to buy Christmas gifts, and still return them after the festive period if needed.

What options do I have to return the product?

As an online marketplace, we do not have any physical locations. All items must be returned by post to the address stated on the returns information listed against your order in the My orders area of your account.

All returned items must be new, unwashed and in the same condition as when they were received, with all tags still attached and intact.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not directly exchange products. To exchange a product for a different size, the original item must first be returned and received. Once that has occurred a refund will be made. To get the new size, the customer must purchase that directly, which they can choose to do after the refund, or before, at their own expense.

There is no fee to exchange via this process.

In the event of an incorrect or damaged product being sent, we will offer a full exchange or refund.

Do I have to pay for returns?

This depends on your reason for return.

If your item is damaged, or an incorrect item is sent, there will be no cost for you to return the item. However, if you are returning the item due to the size or fit, or other details you dislike, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund if using a returns label received with the product, or at your own expense if a label is not used.

What cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, underwear, face masks and some jewellery cannot be returned unless they include a hygienic cover and this is still intact. Additionally, any personalised items cannot be returned.
