The Harwood is Forest's smallest log cabin, making it perfect if space is limited. Despite a compact footprint of 2.2m x 3.2m (depth x width) it offers 4.8 square metres (51 square feet) of internal floor space which is plenty for a small home office, hobby room or garden room. Its pent roof design is unobtrusive, stylish and gives it a modern look. For a strong and sturdy build, the Harwood has been manufactured using 28mm machined, interlocking log cladding and 19mm Tongue & Groove boards for the roof and floor. This construction, together with high quality tear resistant polyester felt, makes for a strong, stable and weather-proof log cabin. The felt grade/weight is 24kg per 10m length. Windows in the doors feature single glazed toughened glass and allow natural lighting in the cabin. Three felt options are available: Polyester felt without underlay, Polyester felt with underlay or a higher grade/weight (34kg per 10m) Polyester felt with underlay. The options with underlay are recommended for the extra weather protection they offer. This option includes the 24kg weight Polyester felt plus underlay. The felt has a polyester fibre base layer that makes it much stronger and more tear resistant than non-polyester grades. With more than twice the tear resistance of conventional mineral felt it has a life expectancy of up to 15 years when fitted correctly. Internal dimensions of the Harwood are 1.74m deep x 2.74m wide. All deliveries are made by vehicles with a crane off-load facility and with an optional professional assembly service. The log cabin must be built upon a solid and level surface such as a poured concrete base.

How long do I have to return my order?

This item must be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt of the item you purchased. The only exception to this is during the Black Friday and Christmas shopping period.

Any purchases made between 15th November and 15th December can be returned up until 15th January in the following year. This allows you to buy Christmas gifts, and still return them after the festive period if needed.

What options do I have to return the product?

As an online marketplace, we do not have any physical locations. All items must be returned by post to the address stated on the returns information listed against your order in the My orders area of your account.

All returned items must be new, unwashed and in the same condition as when they were received, with all tags still attached and intact.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not directly exchange products. To exchange a product for a different size, the original item must first be returned and received. Once that has occurred a refund will be made. To get the new size, the customer must purchase that directly, which they can choose to do after the refund, or before, at their own expense.

There is no fee to exchange via this process.

In the event of an incorrect or damaged product being sent, we will offer a full exchange or refund.

Do I have to pay for returns?

This depends on your reason for return.

If your item is damaged, or an incorrect item is sent, there will be no cost for you to return the item. However, if you are returning the item due to the size or fit, or other details you dislike, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund if using a returns label received with the product, or at your own expense if a label is not used.

What cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, underwear, face masks and some jewellery cannot be returned unless they include a hygienic cover and this is still intact. Additionally, any personalised items cannot be returned.
