Extended Christmas returns policy
This marketplace seller has extended their usual limit for returns for the festive season. Any gift bought between 13 November and 24 December 2025 can be returned up until 15 January 2026, if it's unwanted or unsuitable.

How long do I have to return my order?
This item must be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt of the item you purchased. The only exception to this is during the Black Friday and Christmas shopping period.
Any purchases made between 15th November and 15th December can be returned up until 15th January in the following year. This allows you to buy Christmas gifts, and still return them after the festive period if needed.
What options do I have to return the product?
As an online marketplace, we do not have any physical locations. All items must be returned by post to the address stated on the returns information listed against your order in the My orders area of your account.
All returned items must be new, unwashed and in the same condition as when they were received, with all tags still attached and intact.
Can I exchange a product?
We do not directly exchange products. To exchange a product for a different size, the original item must first be returned and received. Once that has occurred a refund will be made. To get the new size, the customer must purchase that directly, which they can choose to do after the refund, or before, at their own expense.
There is no fee to exchange via this process.
In the event of an incorrect or damaged product being sent, we will offer a full exchange or refund.
Do I have to pay for returns?
This depends on your reason for return.
If your item is damaged, or an incorrect item is sent, there will be no cost for you to return the item. However, if you are returning the item due to the size or fit, or other details you dislike, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund if using a returns label received with the product, or at your own expense if a label is not used.

What cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, underwear, face masks and some jewellery cannot be returned unless they include a hygienic cover and this is still intact. Additionally, any personalised items cannot be returned.

New for AW25 this vintage oilman's collared jacket has a ribbed bottom hem, hem cuffs and cord collar. 2 way YKK zipper and zipped chest pocket. It's produced in a tough, hardwearing, pigment washed, textured canvas that will only improve with age and develop its own characteristics with wear. This jacket is quite short and cropped and although it is supposed to be a relaxed cut with dropped shoulders we definitely recommend going up a size if you want that over-sized look. Also the sleeves are quite short - definitely a jacket that looks better layered and left open rather than zipped all the way up.
