Rework your style with this unique finishing touch on your tips and toes. Directions of use: On clean, dry, manicured nails, apply 1 coat of OPI Base Coat. Apply 1-2 coats of your chosen OPI Nail Lacquer shade and allow to dry. Apply 1 coat (and only 1 coat!) of Shatter, quickly covering entire nail. Allow to dry completely.
