Our classic Kay Michaels is now available in yet another timeless colourway. Now coming in Burnt Blue, the KM has been vegetable tanned, with the whole jacket being crafted from 100% tanned sheeps leather. Coming in at 0.7-0.8mm in thickness, the latest era of Kay Michaels has been designed practically, making it suitable for the colder seasons, while also being wearable in the sun. The classic features, however, still remain; see the functional shoulder epaulettes with branded press studs, as well as the zips at the cuffs which make layering easily accessible. Three external pockets are available to use, each with new and improved BODA SKINS zip pullers. Internally, the lining is a flawless blend of premium cotton and polyester, making room for the two inside pockets that are perfect for all phones and cardholders.

How long do I have to return my order?

This item must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt of the item you purchased. The only exception to this is during the Black Friday and Christmas shopping period.

Any purchases made between 15th November and 15th December can be returned up until 15th January in the following year. This allows you to buy Christmas gifts, and still return them after the festive period if needed.

What options do I have to return the product?

As an online marketplace, we do not have any physical locations. All items must be returned by post to the address stated on the returns information listed against your order in the My orders area of your account.

All returned items must be new, unwashed and in the same condition as when they were received, with all tags still attached and intact.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not directly exchange products. To exchange a product for a different size, the original item must first be returned and received. Once that has occurred a refund will be made. To get the new size, the customer must purchase that directly, which they can choose to do after the refund, or before, at their own expense.

There is no fee to exchange via this process.

In the event of an incorrect or damaged product being sent, we will offer a full exchange or refund.

Do I have to pay for returns?

This depends on your reason for return.

If your item is damaged, or an incorrect item is sent, there will be no cost for you to return the item. However, if you are returning the item due to the size or fit, or other details you dislike, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund if using a returns label received with the product, or at your own expense if a label is not used.

What cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, underwear, face masks and some jewellery cannot be returned unless they include a hygienic cover and this is still intact. Additionally, any personalised items cannot be returned.
