This transformative sandal is 360° of comfort. For the first time in a FitFlop adult style, both the upper and midsole are crafted in EVA foam, for all-over softness, lightness, flexibility and cushion in the extreme. Combined with energy-efficient ergonomics throughout, so your feet don't work harder than they have to when walking. All aimed at helping your body recover faster to its original baseline state after physical activity – whether that's a run, workout, sports session, dance class, or just a day rushing around. On top, a one-piece injection-moulded EVA upper (strap and footbed) feels pillowy soft against your skin, gives an extra layer of squidgy cushion underfoot, and holds the foot to maximize contact with the biomechanically brilliant midsole. While its feather-lightness and flex minimize the energy you use. Underneath, our triple-density Microwobbleboard™ midsole works its magic: delivering supercomfort (it diffuses pressure, reduces impact, cushions non-stop, optimizes body alignment) and natural support, thanks to anatomical arch curves.
Its design, using 3 firmnesses of EVA foam, also promotes more efficient movement – so you conserve energy, feel great, and can keep going longer – making it perfect for recovery.

How long do I have to return my order?

This item must be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt of the item you purchased. The only exception to this is during the Black Friday and Christmas shopping period.

Any purchases made between 15th November and 15th December can be returned up until 15th January in the following year. This allows you to buy Christmas gifts, and still return them after the festive period if needed.

What options do I have to return the product?

As an online marketplace, we do not have any physical locations. All items must be returned by post to the address stated on the returns information listed against your order in the My orders area of your account.

All returned items must be new, unwashed and in the same condition as when they were received, with all tags still attached and intact.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not directly exchange products. To exchange a product for a different size, the original item must first be returned and received. Once that has occurred a refund will be made. To get the new size, the customer must purchase that directly, which they can choose to do after the refund, or before, at their own expense.

There is no fee to exchange via this process.

In the event of an incorrect or damaged product being sent, we will offer a full exchange or refund.

Do I have to pay for returns?

This depends on your reason for return.

If your item is damaged, or an incorrect item is sent, there will be no cost for you to return the item. However, if you are returning the item due to the size or fit, or other details you dislike, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund if using a returns label received with the product, or at your own expense if a label is not used.

What cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, underwear, face masks and some jewellery cannot be returned unless they include a hygienic cover and this is still intact. Additionally, any personalised items cannot be returned.
