How do I return an item or get a refund?
If you’d like to return an item and request an exchange or refund, please check the returns policy of the retailer who shipped the order.
You'll find a link to the retailer's returns policy in your confirmation email, or in your My Orders page. Here you'll also see which retailer your order came from.
Retailers typically include information regarding how to make a return within the packaging, so this is also a good place to check. If you haven’t received this or don’t have it anymore, don’t worry, you can easily find out how to make return via that retailer’s website.
If you’ve checked the retailer's site and are still having issues with returning an item, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help.
To help you shop with confidence this season, we’ve extended our usual limit for returns. Any purchases between 15th November and 15th December 2022 can be returned up until 15th January 2023.
For purchases made from 15 December onwards, normal returns policies will apply.
